Whatever has a beginning definitely has an end. Moreover, everyone has a story to tell about how they lived their lives.
In the previous blog post, we discussed some of the demands placed upon a woman and the expectations God has of her. A woman is not a frail being—she is far more than that. To better understand this post, you might want to read the previous one here: THE LATTER DAYS OF A WOMAN 1
As I was saying…
We all have a story to tell. But, dear woman, what story will you tell?
God declares in Jeremiah 29:11:
“For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
Emphasis on “expected end.”
The phrase “expected end” refers to the anticipated conclusion or outcome of something. It signifies a planned or purposeful finish to an event, process, or life journey.
Dear woman, there is an expected end specifically designed by God for you. But is your life moving toward the trajectory of God’s intended purpose for you?
Like a sprouting plant, you are in your early days—a season where you might be striving hard, doing so much just to find yourself. In this phase, you may think including God in your plans isn’t necessary. But can I remind you once again? There is an expected end designed by God for you—one that is unique to you alone.
Your latter days are beckoning, dear woman, and God has already designed an end He expects you to fulfill. This is why you cannot afford to leave Him out of the equation. Without God, the balance will never be right.
You may have read the previous blog post and caught a glimpse of the demands upon your life. Do you believe there’s even one you can meet without God’s help? The truth is, you can’t—not a single one.
If you desire to have a kingdom marriage and establish a kingdom home, you need God. Only He knows the kind of offspring He intends to bring into your life for you to nurture. And trust me, those children will come with a monumental destiny you cannot afford to jeopardize. Similarly, you cannot afford to be a stumbling block to your future spouse. If you hold on to God and trust Him to guide you toward His expected end, it will be the best decision you’ll ever make in your lifetime.
Take Queen Esther, for example. She wasn’t born into royalty; she was an orphan from the Jewish community in Persia, raised by her cousin Mordecai. Yet, with God’s guidance and proper mentorship, she fulfilled the expected end God had for her.
Mordecai’s words to Esther are profound:
“For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
Mordecai reminded Esther of their past, their present, and what their future could hold. Thankfully, Esther listened, and she fulfilled God’s purpose for her life. God must be so proud of her.
Now, let me ask you: What will your story be? Will it be one written in collaboration with God, or the one you are writing singlehandedly? Trust me, if you choose to write it alone, there will be errors and an ending that deviates from God’s original plan.
The previous blog post serves as a template to run with—a vision of who you are meant to become.
Your latter days are calling! Collaborate with God to fulfill all He has planned for you. The sovereign Lord never intends a small ending for anyone—He is the Almighty!
You might have some questions on your mind:
- What if I don’t meet the expected end because I chose to write my own story?
It’s your life, yes, but you’ll have only yourself to blame and God to answer to. - How do I start the journey toward a fulfilling end with God?
Surrender everything to Him. Let Him take charge. Trust Him with your life—He never fails. Jesus is the only way to a fulfilling end, both now and for eternity. - What if I try but still don’t meet the expected end?
That’s not possible unless you let go of God’s hand.
I hope this message blesses you. Thank you for reading! 💖😊
